On arrival, owners park in our public car park – ample car parking space available.

All registered owners have A.I.R. cards. Owners must have a valid card to gain entry the day their horse runs. If you misplace your card please call A.I.R. directly for a replacement on +353 (0) 1 676 0911. 

Owners enter the racecourse through the A.I.R. turnstile, where our A.I.R. representative will greet them and give them an owner’s badge, which grants them access to our Parade Ring on the day. This badge also provides owners with access to our Owner’s & Trainer’s Bar, located inside the racecourse enclosure. Every owner is entitled to bring four guests with them on race day and these guests receive a racecard and a badge, permitting them entry to the parade ring and the Owner’s & Trainer’s Bar.

Our A.I.R . representative will provide owners with a meal voucher, offered to them by Kilbeggan Racecourse and available to use in our self-service food-hall. Single named owners on the race card may receive four food vouchers, regardless of how many runners they have on the day. The first four A.I.R. cards presented on the day will  receive these vouchers.  We offer winning owners a glass of Prosecco after their race.

Syndicates and partnerships receive four meal vouchers for use in our self-service food-hall on the day, regardless of how many horses they have running on the day. The first four A.I.R cards presented on the day will receive these vouchers.

All owners receive badges for our Parade Ring on the day, plus a racecard.
